Terms & Conditions
BILLBADS provides clickable advertising space on a digital billboard. These terms explain the purchase and use of that space.
1. Accounts and submissions
Use accurate account details and keep your password private. You must have authority to represent the advertised brand and enter this purchase. You are responsible for your image, brand name, destination link, description, category and any deal or promo code you publish, including permission to use the content, and for honouring your deals as described.
2. Checkout and publication
Enter your image and link, accept the purchase policies and click Bid to open Stripe Checkout. Your pixels are reserved when checkout starts. Only a confirmed successful payment publishes the submitted advertisement automatically. If the space is no longer available before checkout starts, select another area and submit again.
3. Price and placement period
Each logical pixel costs RM2 for Malaysia or US$2 internationally for one placement period. Review the final currency and amount in Stripe Checkout before paying. Your bank may apply conversion or other fees.
A placement runs for 30 days from the time Stripe confirms payment. Launch offer: the first 10 buyer accounts to complete a live payment receive a 90-day period for their first placement, one per account, in order of confirmed payment. Later purchases and renewals run for 30 days. While a placement runs, other advertisers cannot purchase its pixels and there is no outbidding.
We email your account address about 7 days before a placement ends. You may renew a running placement from My ads for another 30 days at the pixel price shown at renewal; each renewal is a separate payment, and nothing renews or charges automatically. When a period ends without renewal, the advertisement is removed from the billboard and its pixels become available to other advertisers. A renewal checkout opened before the end holds the pixels until Stripe confirms or closes it.
Share rewards: when unique visitors open your brand page through a shared BILLBADS link, every 50 counted visits add 3 days to your running placement, up to 30 extra days per placement. A visit counts once per browser, and once per network per brand per day; automated, purchased, incentivised or otherwise fake visits do not count, and we may withhold or remove rewards obtained that way. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and do not apply to showcase or permanent placements. We may change or end the share rewards programme for future visits; days already added stay.
This is a time-limited advertising placement, not ownership of BILLBADS, its software, a physical asset or an investment. This version does not offer self-service transfers or resale. Your original artwork remains yours; you permit BILLBADS to store and display it with your submitted link to provide the service, and to keep order records after the placement ends.
4. Content and destination links
Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive or malicious content, malware, phishing links or content you lack permission to use. Publication is automatic and does not represent prior review or endorsement by Zeinn Legacy. We may disable or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable requirements. Hiding a placement for a content review does not extend its period. Deals and promo codes are offered by advertisers, not by Zeinn Legacy; we do not verify or guarantee them. Each live advertisement has a public brand page that search engines may index. Contact us to report harmful content or an unsafe destination. A published placement is not an endorsement of a brand or a guarantee that a linked website is safe. Third-party websites have their own terms and policies.
5. Visibility and statistics
We do not promise a minimum number of visitors, impressions, clicks, sales, revenue or search ranking. Traffic and click counters describe recorded events, not independently verified unique people. Like counts and Brand of the Week reflect browser-recorded likes, one per browser, not verified people, and can be affected by automated activity. The disclosed public starting values are 10 traffic and 3 clicks; those baselines are excluded from advertiser CTR. Advertiser analytics are browser-measured estimates and can be affected by browsers, blockers, bots, network interruptions, VPNs and GeoIP accuracy. Sample placements are showcases, not proof of paid customers. Launch Brand eligibility (a 90-day first placement and a numbered badge) applies to the first 10 qualifying paid buyer accounts, one per account; it does not change the pixel price.
6. Refunds and support
Purchases are final. No refund is offered after purchase, including for a change of mind or disappointing advertising results, except where a remedy is required by applicable law. Read the Refund Policy before payment.
Report a duplicate charge, incorrect charge, a renewal that did not apply or an advertisement that did not publish to billbadsbid@gmail.com, including your order reference. Do not send card details or passwords.
7. Service and updates
Maintenance or technical faults can temporarily affect availability. Contact us if your paid placement is missing. Changes to these pages will have a new version date; your order records the version accepted at checkout. A later policy update does not automatically replace the terms recorded for an earlier purchase. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
